How ESPERO processes website visitor and enquiry data.

1. General provisions and operator
This Policy applies to website visitors, applicants and organisation representatives who voluntarily submit data. 2. Data processed
We process name, phone, email, messenger, organisation, contact person, position, selected service, dates, participant count, comments, quiz responses, form source and language, consent evidence, and technical anti-spam data.
3. Purposes, legal grounds and retention
We review and answer enquiries on the basis of consent and necessary actions for a response; protect forms on the basis of legitimate interest. Enquiry data are retained up to 12 months after the last substantive contact; technical protection data only for their stated short periods.
4. Operations and method
Processing is automated and mixed: collection, recording, systematisation, storage, clarification, retrieval, use for a response, anonymisation, blocking, deletion and destruction. Primary storage and consent evidence are in the Russian Federation.
5. Recipients and termination
The active recipient is the operator’s primary enquiry storage in the Russian Federation. No cross-border transfer for forms is enabled. Processing ends when the purpose is achieved, consent is withdrawn or retention expires.
6. Rights and requests
You may request access, correction, restriction, deletion and withdrawal of consent through the operator’s email or postal address. Withdrawal does not affect lawful processing before it and may prevent a response where necessary data can no longer be used.
7. Minors, sensitive documents and security
Children should not independently submit data without a legal representative. Do not submit passports, medical or payment documents through ordinary forms. Access controls and organisational and technical safeguards protect the service.
8. Cookies and updates
Necessary technologies support language and privacy choices. Optional analytics requires separate cookie consent and never receives form content, email or phone. An updated Policy is published here with a new version and date.
