1. Operator and scope
I give Shaanxi ESPERO Network Technology Co., Ltd separate consent to process data voluntarily submitted in a website form. 2. Purposes and data
The purposes are review and response, matching a suitable programme, tour or cooperation format, and protecting the form. Data include contact and organisation details, selected service, dates, participant count, comments, quiz answers, form metadata, consent evidence and technical anti-spam data.
3. Method, operations, recipients and transfer
Processing is automated and mixed and includes collection, recording, storage, use for a response, blocking, deletion and destruction. Primary storage is in the Russian Federation; cross-border transfer for enquiries is not enabled.
4. Term, withdrawal and consequences
Consent lasts until purpose completion, withdrawal or 12 months after the last substantive interaction, unless law requires longer retention. It may be withdrawn through the operator’s contacts. Withdrawal can make an answer to an unfinished enquiry impossible.
5. Policy and evidence
Before ticking the form checkbox, I read the Personal Data Processing Policy. The server records the acceptance time, document versions, language, form source, request identifier, purposes and active recipients as evidence.
